The Rock Orient Foundation, led and chaired by Steven C. The Foundation for City College/ Benny's Food Pantry has received a $16,000 grant to immediately support City College efforts in combating food insecurity for the CCNY community and the West Harlem neighborhood. Researchers led by City College of New York physicist Pouyan Ghaemi report the development of a quantum algorithm with the potential to study a class of many-electron quantums system using quantum computers.
