The Office of the Registrar window is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Wednesday 9:00AM - 6:30PM, and Friday from 9:00AM - 12:00PM. Wednesday, April 16, 2025 9:00AM - 5:00PM. You can also visit the One-Stop Student Services Center, located on the 1st floor of the NAC (hours Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Wednesday 9:00 - 6:30PM). You can also email the office at Registrar@ccny.cuny.edu with inquiries as well as the scanning and emailing of your forms for processing. One of our representatives will reply to you as soon as possible.

If you are unable to visit the Office of the Registrar, our office is also available via Zoom, our Virtual Front Desk and the required passcode is ccnyreg. A representative will be available to assist you between the hours of 10:00AM to 1:00PM Mondays and Thursdays, 2:00PM to 6:00PM Tuesdays. Tuesday, April 15, 2025 2:00PM - 5:00PM. The Virtual Desk is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays. Please refer to the academic calendar for campus closures. You can also reach a representative by calling the main telephone number to the office Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
