Professor Andrzej Krakowski鈥檚 feature film, 鈥 Looking for Palladin,鈥 will make its U.S. theatrical debut October 30, when it begins a two-week exclusive East Coast engagement at New York鈥檚 Cinema Village, located at 22 E. 12th Street in Manhattan. In her three years at City College, Taisiya Zuyeva was a volleyball ace. She helped lead CCNY to the 2008-2009 CUNY Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) title and earned Scholar-Athlete and conference All-Star honors. Not long after she graduated from CCNY last May with a degree in education cum laude, Medgar Evers College hired her at the tender age of 21 to lead its women鈥檚 volleyball program. New Book On Edwin Blashfield Features CCNY Mural

鈥淭he Graduate,鈥 the Edwin Howland Blashfield mural that adorns the stage of City College鈥檚 Great Hall, is featured in a new book about the painter to be released September 28. Research Funding at CCNY Climbs 21.5 Percent

Spurred by new programs related to cancer and nanoscience, funded research at T九色视频 (CCNY) rose 21.5 percent during the 2008-09 fiscal year, according to Office of Research Administration figures. Total support from government, corporations and foundations reached $55.2 million, compared with $45.4 million the prior year.
