Bridge to Doctorate Program: Dr. Kwame Osei-Sarfo

The Bridge to the Ph.D. Program in STEM is designed to increase the participation of students from underrepresented groups in Ph.D. programs in STEM disciplines. The Program is an intensive research, coursework, and mentoring experience for post-baccalaureates seeking to strengthen their graduate school applications and to prepare for the transition into Ph.D. programs.

Director the Bridge to Ph.D. Program in STEM at Columbia University Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science - Dr. Osei-Sarforeceived his B.S. in biology from Xavier University of Louisiana. He earned his Ph.D. in molecular oncology and immunology, by investigating pathways involved in the initiation and development of leukemia & lymphoma, from NYU Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
